SK Ultimate Dark Cotton Pretreatment (PRT-DTG-UDC) is a pretreatment for DTG printing on black and dark cotton with a white ink underbase. The Ultimate formula has a built-in crosslinker that helps prints stand up to more washing. Ideal for shops that need extra wash fastness. Made in Thailand by S.K. Color & Chemicals.
What it is for
- Black and dark cotton
- Prints with a white ink underbase before colour (water-based DTG)
- Very little stain on dark fabric when sprayed at the right amount
- Spray by hand or use an automatic pretreatment machine
How to use
- Shake well before use, then mix 1 part pretreatment with 3 parts water. Distilled or RO water is best.
- Spray evenly all over, about 20–30 g per 38 × 46 cm area, on a clean, dry shirt.
- Dry completely before printing: heat press at 165–180°C for 40–60 seconds, or tunnel dryer at 145–160°C for 100–140 seconds.
- Print, then cure the ink at the same settings.
These are starting values. Test with your own shirts, ink and printer before production.

- Storage: keep tightly closed at 5–35°C, away from sunlight and heat
Safety
Causes serious eye damage. Always wear safety glasses and gloves. Spray in a well-ventilated area or a spray booth. Ask our team for the SDS and TDS.
