SK Light Cotton-Poly Blend DTG Pretreatment PRT-DTG-TCWC

SK Light Cotton-Poly Blend Pretreatment (PRT-DTG-TCWC) is a pretreatment for DTG printing on white and light cotton-polyester blends (TC fabric) with colour ink (CMYK) and no white ink underbase. Made in Thailand by S.K. Color & Chemicals.

What it is for

• White and light cotton-polyester blends
• Colour ink prints only, not white ink on dark fabric
• Spray by hand or use a pretreatment machine

How to use

1. Mix 1 part pretreatment with 3 parts clean water (1 litre makes about 4 litres ready to use). Shake well.
2. Spray a thin, even coat all over a clean, dry shirt. Do not soak it.
3. Dry completely before printing: heat press at 165–180°C for 40–60 seconds, or tunnel dryer at 145–160°C for 100–140 seconds.
4. Print, then cure the ink as the ink maker recommends.

These are starting values. Test with your own shirts, ink and printer before production.
