An oil based screen printing ink for absorbent surfaces such as cotton, polyester, TK, TC and others.
To print on non-absorbent surfaces such as nylon, add about 3-5% SK-573A (catalyst adhesion promoter).
Screen mesh
Use mesh from 36 up to 305 mesh/inch, depending on the detail of your design.
Recommended mesh: 120 mesh/inch
Photo emulsion
For CMYK or halftone work, we recommend SK-V (purple photo emulsion) or SK-G (green photo emulsion).
Mixing
Can be mixed with other SK inks of the same type.
Printing
Can be printed over other SK plastisol colours, but we do not recommend mixing it with the same ink type from other brands.
Curing
Cure at 160-210°C.
*You can also cure it with a heat gun.
Heat pressing
To smooth the print surface with a heat press, press at 150-180°C for 8-15 seconds.
Printing an underbase
Can be printed over other SK colours. On dark fabric we recommend printing an underbase first.
